The cost of prevention is several thousand times cheaper than cure. The key is early detection of pre-cancer – a stage that is NOT YET CANCER but will progress to CANCER several years thereafter. But since a pre-cancer stage DOES NOT PROVIDE symptoms, women won’t SEE A DOCTOR to get checked. Therefore… we must INVITE women for screening – anyone sexually active that is, to get the test.
